What’s causing the delay in receiving my results?
We always strive to deliver results within our expected timeframe. However, occasionally, delays may occur due to various factors. These could include:
- Requirement for supplementary information, such as letters or reports from a GP or specialist regarding medical conditions
- Extra services requested during the assessment, such as confirmatory drug screening
- Awaiting additional results to return from pathology or imaging departments

Metered parking is available near our practice. However, we would like to inform you that there is also free parking available in the middle of the road out the front of our practice.
